Delivery policy

Welcome to Alnokhba. This policy explains how we deliver your order.

1. Delivery areas

We currently deliver throughout Kuwait. If you are outside these areas, contact us to ask about special delivery arrangements.

2. Delivery rates by area

• Area 10: KWD 2
• Outside Area 10: KWD 2.500
• Jahra: KWD 4
• Mutlaa: KWD 8
• Sabah Al Ahmad: KWD 5
• Wafra: KWD 8

3. Delivery times

Delivery is available every day from 9 am to 11 pm. Orders are delivered within two hours.

4. Special orders

• Orders of more than three trays are delivered in a presentation box to help protect product quality.
• For camel meat orders, we recommend ordering the day before or before 12 noon so we can select and prepare your order with care.

5. Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.

6. How we deliver

We deliver in refrigerated vehicles with experienced drivers, taking care to keep your meat fresh and ready for cooking or grilling.

7. Delivery issues

• If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email nokhba.kw@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt. Include your order number and a photo of any damaged product.
• If a parcel is lost, we work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue. This process may take some time.
